As a business or organization, determining when to grow isn’t an easy decision. However, complacency is the enemy of progress. At Forge, we work with our clients to help identify when the best time to grow is. We do so by making informed decisions through considering several local and economic indicators such as: population trends, average household income, job market, unemployment and workforce participation rate. It takes the right expertise and personalities on board to make company growth work.

We work with clients to examine any necessary organizational shifts to maximize internal potential and future growth as well as examine the sales process. We work with leadership to make sure they have measurable, attainable and timely goals for sales staff in hopes of increasing sales and ultimately improving financial performance. We want to be a part of the fabric of the companies we work with and want to see them succeed.

Strategic Planning

In 2015, Frank Vitale served as the Chair of Bartlett House on the Capital Campaign “Building Futures.” We had a campaign goal of $1.5 million, which we successfully reached through campaign fundraising and successful grant proposals. The ideas and leadership provided by Frank were instrumental in our success.
