Frank Vitale, Army Veteran
In 2017, Frank Vitale started Forge to provide exceptional management and leadership planning services for businesses. Having served in the United States Army for 17 years, Frank developed skills such as accomplishing a mission, collaborating with others, and leading from the front. The name “Forge” stemmed from Frank’s outstanding experience while attending the world-renowned Valley Forge Military Academy & College, an institution of higher learning, specializing in academic and military leadership. While serving as the Cadet Regimental Sergeant Major of the Corps and Student Body President, Cadet Vitale became imbued with the school’s motto – Courage, Honor, Conquer.
