MEET THE TEAM
President & CEO
Frank Vitale is a resident of West Virginia with over 25 years of experience in business and community leadership. Frank currently serves as President and CEO of Forge Business Solutions – a veteran owned professional consulting firm headquartered in Morgantown, WV – with a focus on community and government relations, strategic planning, human capital development, veteran programs, and professional development. Mr. Vitale holds an appointment as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the WVU School of Medicine – Graduate Medical Education. In March of 2017, Governor Jim Justice appointed Frank to a seat on the West Virginia Board of Education.
Throughout his career, Frank has held senior leadership roles managing human relations and operations at financial and healthcare institutions and most recently, as Chief Human Resources Officer at KeyLogic Systems – a professional services, engineering and technology firm. He served as senior vice president of Clear Mountain Bank’s Private Banking Group, and head of Human Relations and the Executive Banking Group at a start-up bank in the north eastern United States.
Vitale is a graduate of Valley Forge Military College where he earned a degree in Criminal Justice and served as the Regimental Seargent Major of the Corps and Class President. Later, he attended West Virginia University where he earned a degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). He currently serves as a member and immediate past-Chairman of the Visiting Committee for the WVU School of Public Health.
A graduate of the US Army’s Academy of Health Sciences, Vitale has more than 17 years of accumulated service to his country as a member of the U.S. Army and West Virginia National Guard, finishing his career with the rank of Captain. Vitale has been recognized on numerous accounts for his service, including through the United States of America – Meritorious Service Medal and Army Commendation Medal with oak-leaf cluster.
Mr. Vitale was selected as a 2015 “Young Gun” by West Virginia Executive Magazine. He is the recipient of the 2014 WVU Alumni Association’s Community Service Award, and in 2011 the West Virginia State Journal chose Frank as a member of “Generation Next – 40 Under 40.”
Frank and his wife Ashley reside in Morgantown, West Virginia, with their son Maxwell and twin daughters Isabella and Cecelia.
Business Operations Manager
Jessica Haddix grew up in Moundsville, WV, and moved to Morgantown to attend college, where she continues to reside. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics with a focus in Human Resources from West Virginia University.
Jessica’s previous experience includes working in human resources and holding multiple manager positions, such as Manager of Finance.
Whether it is overseeing payroll, performing HR tasks, or other various administrative responsibilities, Jessica plays a vital role in ensuring Forge Business Solutions’s continued success. Additionally, Jessica utilizes her keen planning and communication skills by assisting clients with event planning efforts.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys watching her daughters participate in dance and supporting her son at his sporting events; as well as reading, walking, and spending time with her friends.
Corine Alexander grew up in Vienna, WV, and currently resides in Morgantown. She studied at West Virginia University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.
Following graduation, Corine spent twelve years in business management and financial analysis roles. For the past five years, she has worked as a Proposal Strategy Consultant for government contractors.
At Forge Business Solutions, Corine provides government and commercial contract development services. She helps clients create winning proposal strategies by assisting in the overall capture process and facilitating long term business development goals.
After reviewing RFPs, Corine will determine successful proposal and bid strategies, build automated pricing models, and author cost volume documents. Her vast professional experience in assisting clientele’s growth, development, and success makes Corine a vital asset to the company and the clients she serves.

Outside of the office, Corine enjoys spending time with her three children and traveling.
A West Virginia native and 2004 graduate of Leadership West Virginia, Glenn Copen brings more than 35 years of experience in federal contracting, project management, strategic planning, and executive management to Forge Business Solutions.
In his early career, Glenn was involved in software development in banking, insurance, and telephone industries. This experience allowed him to bridge the gap between technical and management functions to develop efficient solutions for complex problems.
Glenn is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has led projects for commercial clients such as Nationwide Insurance, AT&T, and Sterling Software. Over the past 20 years, he has managed programs and projects for more than 15 government clients including NASA, FBI, Department of Labor, Department of Energy, Defense Information Systems Agency, and NAVAIR.
Formerly, Glenn Copen was Vice President of KeyLogic Systems’ National Security Division. His focus on enterprise strategic planning and project performance resulted in successful outcomes for his clients.
At Forge, Glenn specializes in strategic planning, balanced scorecard application, business development, capture coaching, and professional development. Applying his extensive knowledge and technical capabilities, Glenn serves as a force multiplier for clients, producing greater output and increased mission success.
Glenn resides with his wife, Debra, in Kingwood, WV. Glenn and Debra have three children, eight grandchildren, and are expecting their second set of twin granddaughters in the summer of 2020.
A West Virginia native, Amy was born and raised in Beckley, WV; she resided in the Charleston and Huntington areas before settling in Morgantown where she has lived and served professionally for the last 22 years.
Amy earned her B.A. degree in Broadcast Communications and M.A. in Media Studies from Marshall University, where she was a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Her extensive background includes serving as the Campus Director for West Virginia University – Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Area Vice President for Amedisys Home Care & Hospice and Area Vice President of Sales for Tender Loving Care Home/Albert Gallatin Home Care & Hospice.
Amy also worked as a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals. She completed management roles for Shawnee Hills, Inc. and Visions, Inc. In addition, Amy has worked as Producer/Director for local community cable television programs, as a Senior Sales Consultant with Lemongrass Spa Products, LLC, and a Strategic Consultant for a variety of businesses throughout West Virginia and beyond.
Amy is the wife of John Wagner, mother of five children, and “Nana” to four precious little ones. They reside in the Cheat Lake area of Morgantown, WV.
