MORGANTOWN, W.VA. – Forge Business Solutions is proud to announce and welcome Richard Robison as a Senior Strategist, bringing over 30 years of experience in program, personnel and financial management to the firm.
As a Senior Strategist, Robison supports Forge’s clients with his extensive background in requirements analysis, operational and end-user support, contract and resource management, process improvement, business development, government contractor support, employee/user training, acquisition and planning, programming, budgeting and execution.

Prior to joining Forge, Robison served as a Senior Systems Engineering Manager and Acting Director for Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he managed a team responsible for providing 24/7 on-site operations support to a classified Department of Defense program in north-central West Virginia. Formerly, he was the Senior Program Manager of the NASA Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Program, where he led a team of over 160 personnel responsible for IV&V of high-risk, mission-critical software for NASA human-rated and science missions.
Following a 24-year career in the United States Navy, Robison retired as a naval aviator specializing in antisubmarine warfare (ASW), maritime surveillance operations and joint Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), where he served in numerous operational, staff and project management assignments.
